DEPOSIT

A non-fundable $50 deposit will be require to book your appointment and will be count towards your service charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you! At Boss Beauty Brows appointments, we require at-least 24-hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a 50% fee. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so online or email/text your artist.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

At Boss Beauty Brows we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, harassment, violence, intimidation, threats and general disruptive behavior. We are an all-inclusive business, providing services for all races, gender expressions, sexes, sexual preferences, religions, and ability. We strive to constantly maintain a positive, respectful and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Boss Beauty Brows has the right to refuse any client that violates the above policy at any time via any means of communication.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
